Meet Traci, 12+ years with JP and still loving every minute! I take pride in giving 100% on every job—whether it’s going the extra mile or being there when it matters most. Helping our customers is what it’s all about! When I’m off the clock, you’ll find me camping with family & friends or diving into fun crafts and quilting projects.
Meet Valerie- Mother to a spirited 5-year-old boy; she basically runs a 24/7 chaos management system with snack distribution on demand. By week-day she’s your friendly neighborhood Field Service Coordinator. Professionally managing a team of chaotic HVAC techs- which is honestly just parenting, but with adults and thermostats. She schedules, dispatches, and keeps the chaos organized, the calls flowing, and the techs (mostly) in the right place at the right time.
In her free time (lol) she enjoys reading, writing, cooking, photography, and playing video games- aka hobbies she’s constantly pausing every 30 seconds to answer questions like, “Why is the sky spicy today?” or “Can the dog level up?”.
Honestly though, her favorite thing to do is unwind, cook a good meal, and spend time with her family… Even if it feels like life is permanently set to hard mode.
Meet Gavin, helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. He supports our team and daily operations, handling employee needs and keeping finances organized and on track. Gavin takes pride in making sure things are done efficiently so our team can focus on delivering great service to our customers.
When not at work, Gavin enjoys hitting the golf course, cheering on his favorite sports teams, working out, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Meet Patrick, a dedicated service technician who brings reliability and a strong work ethic to every job. He takes pride in delivering quality service and making sure customers are well taken care of.
Outside of work, Patrick stays busy with his two kids and enjoys watching hockey, spending time fishing, kayaking, and working on R/C models—always keeping life moving both on and off the job!
